We offer standard delivery (5-7 business days) and express delivery (2-3 business days) across India. Metro cities typically receive orders faster. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

Yes! We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy for all products. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. Initiate a return from your account page or contact our support team.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your Sarisvy account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Our courier partners include Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter processing. To cancel, visit "My Orders" in your account or contact our support team at support@sarisvy.com. Once the order is in processing or packed status, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you can initiate a return once you receive the order.
